Postage and Packaging

 

Online Postal Sales

Once the order has been processed, it will be dispatched Royal Mail Track 48 within 5-7 working days.

A tracking number will be provided on the Shipping Confirmation email.

Postage costs are calculated at the checkout - from £2.50 (UK only)

Every purchase is wrapped and packaged to a high standard, using recycled cardboard and wherever possible, minimal bubble wrap.

Once your parcel has left us we cannot control its onward journey.

In the unlikely event it arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days.

Click and Collect
If you have made an order and would like to collect directly from Sunnyside Glass Studio,

choose the 'Click and Collect' option at the checkout before payment. 

An email will be sent when you order is ready, along with collection details and directions if needed.

Returns & Refunds

Sunnyside Glass does not offer refunds or returns unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer exchanges, so please contact us for more information about any products

to ensure that you have all the details you need about size, colour etc.

We are sure you will very happy with your purchase and it should reach you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that something has gone awry in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

If necessary the item may then be returned within the next 7 days for a full refund (including original postage costs).

It MUST be well packaged and unused so as to determine the next steps for refund.

You are responsible for the return postage and packing.

For both parties protection, we recommend that you use a trackable method of return.
