Susan Gooch (Sunnyside Glass) is fully insured for Public Liability

​

In the interests of Health and Safety it is the responsibility of the participants to wear covered toe shoes and

appropriate clothing for workshops within Sunnyside Glass Studio.

A full health and safety briefing will be done before the workshop begins.

It is the responsibility of the participants to adhere to the guidance given.

Sunnyside Glass can not be held liable for any injuries due to the misuse of equipment or tools.

Gift Vouchers

We ask for full payment at the time of Voucher purchase.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to provide the correct email or postal address

for the Vouchers to be sent to and/or for further communication and confirmation.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient to book the workshop.

All Vouchers are valid for 2 years, and once expired cannot be extended.

An expiry date is printed on the face of the Voucher.

All vouchers are transferable if the expiry date is still valid.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sunnyside Glass will not be running any workshops in October or November due to Christmas commitments.

Sunnyside Glass reserves the right to add more dates to the above in busy periods.

Cancellation

Sunnyside Glass will accept a cancellation of a booking if given 7 days prior notice.

If a booking is cancelled, an alternative date can be arranged within the Voucher expiry date.

Sunnyside Glass can only issue Voucher refunds within 14 days of purchase.

Sunnyside Glass has a maximum of 3 participants on each Workshop day.
